3. Copyright and Usage Rights

3.1. The Photographer retains all copyright and ownership rights to the photographs and videos produced during the contract. The Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the photographs and videos for their intended commercial purpose as specified in the contract.

3.2. Any additional usage beyond the agreed-upon scope must be negotiated and approved by both parties in writing, and may require additional fees.

4. Payment and Fees

4.1. Payment terms and fees for the services provided by Luiz Andrade Studios will be outlined in the specific contract or invoice provided to the Client.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

5.1. Cancellation and rescheduling of photography sessions are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the specific contract or agreement.

7.1. The Photographer is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property during the provision of services unless such loss, damage, or injury results from gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1. These Terms and any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bonn, Germany if not otherwise required by applicable law.
